By accessing or using The Global Feed ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

02Service Description

The Global Feed is a pay-to-broadcast messaging platform. Users pay a fee to display a short message publicly to all viewers of the platform.

03No Refunds Policy

NO REFUNDS: Due to the immediate and digital nature of this service, all sales are final. Once a message has been submitted and payment processed, the broadcast is considered delivered and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a "cooling-off" period (Right of Withdrawal) as the digital service begins immediately upon payment.

04User Conduct

You agree NOT to submit messages that contain:

✕ Hate speech, threats, or harassment
✕ Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities
✕ Sexually explicit material
✕ Malware or spam

We reserve the right to remove any message at our sole discretion without refund.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

06Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Italy.
